Sasha Nawaz Magsi: Balochistan girl beats patriarchy and disability to fulfill her dreams

Sasha Nawaz Magsi is one of the many women in our society who refused to let a natural obstacle govern her life.

Currently working in a bank as a Customer Services Officer for the past 10 years.
Here is her story.
“I have this by birth. I did have a few problems with my education like climbing stairs for which two people had to take me which made me feel very uncomfortable but my teachers and the students were very cooperative.”
“My mother used to pick and drop me. First and foremostly, I would like to thank my parents without whose support this wouldn’t be possible.”
She completed her BSC from Govt Girls College Jinnah Town
“The turning point of my life is that my mom never let me be weak, she never let me feel that I am physically weak.”
She believes that “Nothing is difficult as long as you want to do something for yourself”
All a woman needs to do is have complete faith in herself.
“When a woman can look after a husband, his family, children, a home then she can take care of the entire world too.”
“I feel proud that I am a woman, I feel proud that I am wheelchair bound and I feel proud that I am the daughter of my parents”
